All orders will be delivered via Registered Express Post. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery with the exception of Perth and Darwin which can take 5-7 days. Please note that a signature will be required on delivery. If no-one is available at the delivery address, Australia Post will leave a calling card and the package will be held at your local Post Office for collection.
For international customers - Orders will be sent via Registered International Post. Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery to New Zealand and 10-15 days for delivery elsewhere in the world. A signature is required at most destinations. Please note that our prices and shipping charges do not include your local sales taxes or import duties. Please check with your local customs office for information on any additional charges.
Parcels can be delivered to PO Boxes, metropolitan areas, rural areas and remote areas. All items are held in stock at Ome Omine and are ready to be shipped once payment is made. - Privacy & Security

How to measure your body:
In order to get a correct measurement of your body you will need to measure the listed area in the correct position. Make sure at all times the tape isn't twisted. Keep the tape horizontal while measuring different areas.
Shoulder: Measure your shoulders from shoulder tip to shoulder tip.
Sleeve: Measure your arm from your shoulder tip to the cuff of your clothing.
Hip: Measure your hips at their fullest point, which is approximately 23 centimetres under your belly button.
Inside Leg: Measure your leg from your ankle to the crotch of your pants.
Bust: Measure the fullest part of your bust.
Waist: Measure the slimmest part of your waistline, in between your ribcage and navel.

comes to your purchase. We have set out some guidelines to ensure you, as
the customer, have a positive shopping experience throughout the whole process.
For refunds and exchanges, please get in touch with us via our Contact Us page. Please do not return the item to Ome Omine unless you have
emailed us first.
If an item is not in its original condition it will be returned to you.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original state...
no stains, no cigarette smells, the tags must be attached and not bent and buttons and any other appendages must still be intact.
The item must be unwashed.
Please be aware that when you purchase shoes, make sure you try them on a carpeted surface. Ensure no damage occurs to the shoes, the soles or the box. If the box, shoes or soles appear to be in poor condition and not in the original state, we cannot accept them and they will be returned to you. When purchasing underwear, please make sure you have the correct sizing as we cannot accept underwear returns due to hygiene reasons. Please note you are liable for the postage costs incurred when refunding or exchanging products. If an item is faulty or not the item that was ordered, we will gladly reimburse you for the postage costs and resend the correct item for free. If you are exchanging for a different size we will do our best to ensure you receive the size you would like but we cannot guarantee we will have it in stock. If the requested size is not available, we will endeavour to re-stock that item but if we cannot, we will be happy to give you a credit note, refund or another item at the same price.
We love a good Sale here at Ome Omine and if you purchase an item which is on sale and it is not what you expected, unfortunately, we cannot accept this refund. We will only accept refunds if items are faulty or not the correct order in which case we will remiburse you including postage and resend the item for free. - Ordering

Once you have placed an order and paid for it, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive another email when your order is shipped with a link to track its progress. If we are out of stock on the particular item you purchased, we will inform you by email and your payment will be refunded. - Payment
- For your convenience and peace of mind, all of our payments are handled via Paypal. This allows you to pay by credit card, debit card or your bank account. Please note that you do not need to be a Paypal member to shop at Ome Omine. The payment will be handled via our Paypal system whether you are a member or not. Please ensure you have enough funds to cover your purchase. If there are insufficient funds, your payment will be rejected and your order cancelled.
- Viewing Orders
- We recommend that you register with us. By doing so, you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity as well as viewing each individual order plus billing and delivery information. Whether you are registered with us or not, your order details will be forwarded to you via email along with a link to track its progress. For Australian customers, your parcel will be sent via registered Express Post which can also be tracked via Australia Post.
- Updating Account Information
- Registering with Ome Omine makes your shopping experience even easier. By registering, you are able to log in and view all of your account information including current orders, order history, billing and delivery information, newsletters you have subscribed to and lots more. All of your information can be easier accessed and updated if necessary via the 'My Account' link in the top right-hand corner of your screen. If you are not already registered, click on the 'My Account' link which will enable you to create an account easily and quickly.
