Nude Footwear was born of an obsession...an obsession with beauty, with style and with a era bygone. Realised at the bottom of her grandmother's cupboard as a child, designer Selina Kolthek's obsession with shoes sent her scouring New York, LA, Paris and London for the treatments and techniques forgotten by 21st century shoemakers. Drawing inspiration from abandoned shoes that echo the womenly glamour of Hollywood in the 20's and 30's through to New York in the 70's, she decided to create a range that brought together the best of the old and the new. By blending a love of vintage with season's hottest international trends, Nude Footwear has emerged into a label that breathes femininity and originality.
